EXCAVATORS AND CONTRATORS

Call at least 24 hours in ADVANCE (weekdays) to schedule an inspection.
Same day calls will only be responded to if available - as an exception. If we cannot get out to your site that day you will be responsible for keeping the trench open until the next day when an inspector is available.

An inspection fee has been paid for ONE inspection. Additional inspection fees will be required for inspections that require multiple trips for any reason.
Call the Manager at 801-776-6683 at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled inspections to cancel and/or reschedule if you will not be ready.

EMERGENCIES: Please remember that residents are responsible for problems with plumbing inside the residence and the lateral out to the sewer main. If you have a clog inside your home or in the lateral in your yard, please contact a local plumber or Roto Rooter @ 800-768-6911
