Payments
Payments may be made in-person at the District office (cash or check only), via postal service (check only) or through ACH funds transfer through your financial institution.

RESIDENTIAL MONTHLY SERVICE FEE: $50.00*
*Per ERU (*Equivalent Residential Unit)
The District bills are in arrears, meaning that we send the monthly bills out the first week of the month following the month of service that has been provided.
Example: Your bill for the month of January will be sent out the first week of February with a due date of February 28th
Important Notice - All impact fees, construction fees, development fees and inspection fees are due prior to any issuance of a Will Serve.

Additional Fees
Additional fees will be paid to MGSID by a Developer to compensate MGISD for its time, effort and expense for general project coordination and construction inspection of extension or modification of the Public Wastewater System required for the Developer’s project. All fees will be paid by Developer prior to Final Project Approval (These fees include charges by district engineer to inspect the project)
